Win The Morning, Win The Day

Win The Morning, Win The Day

1.  Silence

Sit in silence for the first 5 minutes of your day. Don’t look at your phone, don’t grab that cup of coffee or greens (just yet). Be in the moment. Morning silence reduces stress and enhances our ability to think and react to challenges.

2. Affirmations

Find a space to write down positive statements about yourself and your life, then repeat these aloud. This will help change any negative thought patterns you may have into positive ones and help give you that extra boost of confidence in yourself and beliefs over time. This is also when we love to have our FWD FORM Daily Super Greens, because while we’re giving a boost to our mental health, we’re improving our physical health by giving our body the nutrients it needs for energy production, brain function and gut health at the same time.

3. Visualisation

This one comes down to the law of attraction. Pick something that you have coming up for you in the day and play out the scenario in your mind (to the very smallest detail) as a success. Having a positive vision reinforces our ability to believe in it and to access it.

4. Exercise

One of our favourite times of the day! Get your body moving for at least 20 minutes. The key to this is finding something you genuinely enjoy doing, then it will never feel like a chore. Exercise has been proven to increase energy, improve sleep, health and emotional well-being. Try FWD FORM Pre Workout before you train for a clean, extra boost of energy that will optimise your day without the jitters or caffeine crash.

5. Reading

As part of your morning routine, include reading at least 10 pages from something that truly interests you. Immerse yourself into self-help books rather than fiction, and aim to read something positive that will help project yourself into your affirmations.

6. Scribing

Grab your breakfast smoothie made with FWD FORM Lean Vegan Protein and take 5 minutes to journal whatever comes to mind. This can be more positive affirmations, any tasks you have for the day, how you are feeling, how you want to feel or something you’re excited for. Journaling can help process emotions and bring an intention to the day ahead.

Hopefully by the end of this morning routine, you’ll have a clearer mind and feel energised and ready to take on whatever the day has in store. Winning the day to us means continuing your journey towards continuous improvement, and FWD FORM is here to support you in whatever your goals may be.
